Oh, ocular migraines. They're fun. I found out about them some years back when randomly assailed by an unexpected phantasmal Rubik's Snake, and having the cause diagnosed was an enormous relief too. I never got snaked again, but the docs picked up on another occasional annoyance as being a manifestation of the same problem. Which at least was one less thing to worry about.
