This morning I finished the Wassail arc the way I ought to have finished it the first time. Good night, knight. Net wordcount about minus 250. I see many more minuses in my future.
Concentrating on the now-simplified but harder version of the Great Council Scene in the next chapter. When I know exactly how that's played out, I'll know a lot more about what I need to cut and change in the preceding pages.
